From June to September, Provence transforms into a sea of purple. This is the season when lavender fields bloom around Aix-en-Provence.
Hop aboard a vintage side-car and ride through peaceful backroads lined with vineyards, olive groves and rolling hills. Guided by your driver, you’ll reach blooming lavender fields at the right time of the season to fully enjoy the colors and scents of Provence.
During the tour departing from Aix, you’ll stop at a lavender estate to learn more about organic cultivation and the role this iconic flower plays in local culture and agriculture. A short educational walk through the fields gives you time to explore, take photos and simply enjoy the setting.
Depending on the duration you choose (2, 4 or 6 hours), the experience also includes visits to one to three local wineries, where you’ll taste regional wines and meet passionate producers.

Yes. At the end of the tour, we can drop you off directly at the cruise terminal using your passenger access pass. If you prefer, we can also drop you off anywhere in Marseille so you can continue exploring before returning to your ship on your own.

Due to port access restrictions, direct pick-up at the cruise terminal is not possible unless you are a passenger of our partner cruise lines (Viking Cruises or Royal Caribbean) and book through them.
Otherwise, guests meet us by taxi at the teddy bear statue near the MuCEM. At the end of the tour, we can drop you off directly at the cruise terminal or anywhere in Marseille if you wish.
Our shore excursions range from 2-hour city tours to half-day experiences, making them suitable for both short and longer cruise stops in Marseille. Full-day tours are also available for longer port calls.
Our side-car tours can accommodate up to 14 participants. For larger groups, we regularly collaborate with trusted partners to extend capacity with additional vintage vehicles (VW Combi, 2CV, Fiat 500, Triumph TR3, Ford Mustang, Porsche 356 Speedster, etc.).
