General conditions of sale
For professionals and receptive agents:
- We can take reservations and cancellations up to 24 hours and beyond 24 hours we do not guarantee the availability of vehicles and drivers.
- Partial cancellations up to 24 hours will not be charged.
- Any partial cancellation occurring less than 24 hours before the service will be invoiced at 100% of the total amount per cancelled vehicle.
- Full payment should be paid a maximum of 30 days after the performance of the service. In the event of non-compliance with this deadline, compensation of 10% per day exceeded may be requested from you, except for special conditions negotiated before signing the contract.
For individuals:
- The reservation will be paid in full during the service or on our website or other platforms.
For professionals in'event:
- The reservation must be accompanied by the payment of the deposit in the amount of 50% of the total amount of the service, which constitutes a substantial and decisive condition of the reservation.
- In the absence of payment of the deposit, La Belle Échappée does not confirm the reservation and does not guarantee the availability of vehicles and drivers.

Cancellation at the initiative of the management:
- The management reserves the right to modify or cancel the proposed excursions if the safety of “weather” customers or a technical imperative requires it.

The change of date of the event is considered as a total cancellation and gives rise to the application of the following cancellation conditions:

- Any total cancellation occurring less than 24 hours before the service will be invoiced at 100% of the total amount for the cancelled vehicle.
- In the case of a rescheduled date after “firm reservation” La Belle Échappée will receive 50% of the amount of the deferred benefit.
Interruption:
- Any interruption of the circuit during the service by the will of the customer or due to bad weather will not give rise to any refund.
